I have just transferred from another host, who used to be quite good at support - I normally got an answer within a few hours, which I thought was pretty good going. Anyhow, lately they haven't answered my tickets in weeks and the server keeps going down, so I searched around for a new host and found a better deal here at EuroHost. After initially contacting EuroHost support with a few questions about transferring all my accounts over, I was very impressed to get a response to my questions within an hour or so.
I eventually decided to make the move and signed up for a reseller plan with EuroHost. After I'd signed up I asked for the accounts to be transferred from my old host to the new server. I was shocked to receive a reply within 8 minutes! An hour and a half later and everything was migrated to EuroHost's server - very impressive.
After that I just needed some php modules installing so all my scripts would work - another speedy response and they are all installed and working now.
All I have to do is wait for the DNS to update and I'm away from my old host for good!
